Thermal Management For Electronic Devices
Mecho designs thermal cooling solutions for electronics and hardware with active and passive cooling. Selected projects are shown below in various applications.
Active Cooling Solutions for Electronics
I designed active cooling systems that transferred heat away from high-power electronics and chips and dissipated it using fans. Examples include processor cooling solutions with heatsinks and fans, as well as laser cooling systems utilizing heat pipes and fans.
These solutions are tailored to meet specific thermal requirements while maintaining compact and cost-effective designs, ensuring seamless integration into your product. Whether it's for industrial electronics, consumer devices, or high-performance systems, I deliver innovative cooling strategies to keep your electronics running efficiently and safely.

Passive Cooling Solutions for Electronics
I have designed a metal conductive plate to transfer heat to an external-facing chassis, efficiently dissipating heat from various components in a lightweight application. Using proper sheet metal design methodologies, I ensure optimal performance. Additionally, I specialize in designing effective heatsinks to remove heat from critical electronics, keeping their temperatures within their operational range.

Thermal Management Design with Aesthetics Considered
I design electronics cooling solutions for consumer-facing components, prioritizing both aesthetics and thermal performance. Examples include integrating heatsinks directly into the chassis, complemented by fans concealed within visually appealing covers that align with the product's design language and industrial design.
